Pet accommodation rules:
1. Accommodation with pets is allowed in case of availability of standard veterinary documents (reference from a veterinarian with a mark on all vaccinations).
2. Beforehand booking a room please notify the hotel about the breed of your pet (including age and size) as well as acknowledge whether there are any special conditions for accommodation with this particular animal (conditions may vary depending on the hotel’s administration). Standard deposit for pet accommodation is 10 000 rub.
3. Animals are recognized as pets if they are warm-blooded non-exotic animals. The hotel reserves the right to determine the possibility of accommodating the animal.
4. Guests must bring a mat or a special cell for the pet as well as dishes for food and water.
5. In the absence of special cell for the pet guests should not leave pets unattended in guest rooms. The guests should also notify the hotel in case pet is left in the guest room unattended.
6. Feeding pets from hotel’s dishes is strictly prohibited.
7. Using towels, sheets and other bedding for cleaning pets is prohibited as well as brushing pets in guest rooms.
8. While being in public places or walking the dog pet is supposed to be in a muzzle and on a leash, walking small animals and cats is possible on leashes or harness.
9. Pets should not be left in public places unattended.
10. Animals are not allowed in restaurants and bars of WTC.
11. Walking pets on site of WTC as well as in places marked on running routes map is only allowed in case animal excreta is cleaned by their owners.
12. Guests are responsible for nutrition, cleaning and walking of the pet.
13. Guests are responsible for possible property damage by their pets as well as for paying subsequent charged fines.
14. All risks coming from the animal's behavior, terms and conditions of its stay in guest rooms are carried by the owner.
15. The hotel keeps the right to refuse a guest in accommodation in case of aggressive, inappropriate, rowdy behavior of the pet.
